Supporting various technologies, we pride ourselves on meeting the commitments we make to our clients by providing professional, quality IT Support solutions. We are currently seeking a Helpdesk & Onsite Computer Engineer (with a focus on Helpdesk and technical support) to join our growing, busy team in the north of Melbourne.

Are you:
• A natural trouble-shooter, with strong customer service skills?
• Keen to further your experience supporting customers by utilising various remote desktop connections?
• Able to work to a steady pace , while developing your problem solving skills on technical issues with MS Office/ Exchange/ Active Directory/ LAN/ WAN/ Windows XP / 7 / 8 and Server 2003/2008/2012 and SBS Technologies?
• Passionate about IT, flexible in your thinking and time?
• Experience with Virtualisation, Firewalls, ConnectWise, Kaseya and/or LabTech (desirable)?

Do you:
• Enjoy tinkering with software and hardware and have an understanding of supporting clients via remote, phone or, email?
• Have experience or interest in using call logging systems?
• Enjoy working to procedures?
• Possess balanced judgment and integrity?
• Enjoy, and are keen to develop your experience installing hardware and software?
• Thrive on finding solutions, a passion for learning while exceeding the expectations of your customer?
• Have a current drivers license and your own vehicle?
• Have experience preparing technical quotes for new and/or existing clients (desirable)?

In addition, you will enjoy liaising with a diverse customer base while drawing on your experience working with technologies such as MS Office/ Exchange/ Active Directory LAN/ WAN/ Windows XP/ 7/ 8.

With your logical, calm approach in conjunction with your technical aptitude you will thrive in putting your knowledge to great use by identifying an assorted range of technical concerns whilst providing high quality solutions in regards to PC, laptop and server issues.

You will enjoy putting your thirst for knowledge and ability to learn to great use while conducting daily tasks such as troubleshooting issues such as mail delivery, connectivity and other network related matters, including the support of various Internet and remote desktop connections.

You will enjoy both supporting and being supported by a team who values thorough process and procedures that allow you to provide effective, quality technical support.
